We Have To Impeach, Or Look Like Fools!

Lately I keep hearing that Impeaching Bush/Cheney would be a Constitutional disaster. How could it be? They say Impeaching another pResident so soon after Clinton would send a bad signal worldwide.
Simply not true.
To not Impeach Cheney and Bush would only make us look like idiots. On a National level. We impeached a pResident for lying about a blowjob. Yet, these two criminals are able to re-write the constitution, eaves drop on US citizens, kill and torture innocent people, detain US citizens of dissent without access to legal assistance or a trial.
The question is HOW CAN WE NOT IMPEACH?
We are looking more and more like fools everyday. Just when I thought no one could look as foolish as the Chimp in Charge, he is starting to look like the smartest man in America. How else could a murderous, cowardly, dictator go unpunished for his crimes?
