Poll question: Impeachment or Censure?
Monday mornings are always garbled for me, and maybe for you? In that spirit, I am offering a simple question, and a one-click way to respond (although I hope a lot of you will leave a written response if you can).

For Bush and/or Cheney: Impeachment or Censure?

1. Censure first. Then Impeach.
Then Convict.

Then Incarcerate.

The main priority, though, is to stop and eventually repair the enormous damage to our country and the world.

2. Both?
Where is the censure and impeach option? Actually its contempt, censure and inherent contempt, impeachment, and then we all get rounded up and set to the camps.

3. They can do both
Clinton was impeached by the House. The Senate acquitted him and censured him.

6. Censure. Impeach. Prosecute. Hang. Dismember. Desecrate.

OK, the last two items are optional.

7. Any chance a case can be built for the day he leaves office?
Indict the whole kabal for war crimes at the very least?

10. Do BOTH and then put Bush & Cheney in Jail
Or send them to the moon. Set up a little camp for them. They won't be able to hurt the earth anymore if they are on the moon. I'm serious about this!!

11. Censure, altho I prefer a trial in the Hague for war crimes for them both in 2009.

12. Am I wrong in thinking there is a treaty that exempts leaders of countries
who will not sign on from being tried for crimes in The Hague?

I've been operating under the assunption that Bush and Cheney are exempt from being tried because the US refuses to sign on to this treaty, and this refusal has also fueled anti-US sentiment around the globe.

Am I just having a "Senior moment" or what?

13. Both, but impeachment/removal takes priority
A censure resolution doesn't have any teeth. It puts Congress on record as opposing Bush's bloody nonsense, but he will just continue to behave as tyrants always do.

The impeachment and removal of Bush and Cheney is the only way to stop this war.
