Hillary 52/46 pos/neg rating

Edwards 47/45 pos/neg rating

Edwards is also losing his advantage against Republicans...now trails Guiliani by 7

1. I despise this inevitability. I hate it. It infuriates me to think my vote has no importance.

That the decision is made. Most people don't even know what year the election is, and don't care. But she is the winner already.

I am not that passionate about anyone right now, though hubby and I lean toward Edwards.

In fact, since the decision is made we just may not vote at all........

I wish I would take the time to go back and search the 2004 Democratic primary season, but at this point it just isn't worth it.

And as an indicator of how these debates may or may not influence public perception, John Edwards no has a higher pos/neg rating than Clinton. And, as indicated in other polls as well, Obama's negs are rising.

The rightwing slime machine has turned John Edwards into its favorite whipping boy, and the polls reflect that, too.

The r's and their media sycophants are doing everthing in their power to get Hillary nominated. All so they can destroy her with a fury and vengeance unprecedented in American politics. Not saying she can't - or won't - withstand the onslaught, but I suspect it's going to be very ugly and very brutal.
