How about an Obama-Richardson ticket?
It'll blow the minds of all those who believe in a balanced ticket even though Obama is from the Midwest and Richardson from the West! It would sure look great opposite the two bland white guys the Repubs are going to come up with!

2. Not bad, if that's reversed.
Richardson has a lot more relevant experience.

3. Take Obama off, and I'd consider it.
First Richardson would have to publicly sever all ties with the DLC, though.

If he did that, I'd consider a Kucinich/Richardson ticket, or a Boxer/Richardson ticket, or a Gore/Richardson ticket, or a Richardson/Waters or Richardson/McKinney or Richardson/Lee ticket.

4. Richardson would be the best president, no doubt. Why can't he
get any traction with the msm?

5. I don't know.
I hear the media, and DUers, referring to his debate performances as somehow "weak," when I've considered them quite strong.

It's possible that he is good enough to give their pre-ordained choices real competition, and hence the "shunning."

I meant it when I said he'd have to cut ties with the DLC; I can't support a DLC candidate. Still, out of the crop of 8, I place him 2nd in line, behind only Dennis Kucinich.

6. This is one of the fair accompli assumptions MSM has made...
MSM fait accompli assumptions, based on re-iterations:

(1) There is no likelihood of any guaranteed health care plan in the next several years;
(2) The U.S. will occupy Iraq for many years to come;
(3) The "front tier" of both parties will unavoidably crowd out the others.

Underlying assumption: you can't do anything about it. And we will repeat the above as necessary until you understand that.

7. Most pro-gun control (Obama) with most pro-2A (Richardson). Hmmm

8. Can we make it Richardson/Obama?
I am fine with that.
