Idea for next Democratic candidate debate..
how about mixing up the candidates "spots" on the stage and put Kucinich, Richardson and Gravel right in the middle??

1. Good idea
What I'd like is a "draw from the hat" 3 person debate for 30 minutes on one topic-say, health care. Then another three candidates debate for 30 minutes, etc. etc. That way we get more than sound bites.

3. Yeah, that's a good idea, too...
I found out firsthand in a congressional campaign I worked on in '06 that the debate negotiations are pretty much about how the candidates can be seen to look "good". Not at all about "we the people" and the issues.

5. Hillary, Obama and Edwards are the ones who need to talk.
The other ones won't win even if they get to speak for an hour.

6. What kind of a Democratic Party do you represent?
Let them debate. Have a referee, not a moderator. Let them put some heat on one another and see how they hold up. That's the only way the cream can come to the top! These programed questions are a joke. Hillary, Obama and Edwards have won nothing yet!

8. Why not let them speak for an hour?
People would get a better look at those deemed "unelectable" by the MSM and might decide the "unelectable" would actually do good job.
