(cue the "Jaws" music) Remember, lurking ... waiting out there.....

So Fred came out to play. He will see the same result as Rudy did when the sunlight hits him. Romney? No. Huckabee, of the ones still in it, is actually doing well and McCain is clearly waiting for a new year to see if anyone still cares.

Newt is out there. Smartly waiting for the field to thin down thus saving money and energy. He's out there folks and all I can say is -- throw another log on the fire and watch it burn.

:bounce:

I just wanted to keep everyone's heads up.

2. Bill Scher seems to be looking forward to it

I think it would be a good thing for Democrats. One more unpopular right-wing wacko to represent and further fracture the GOP. I need to find a poll though. I might be surprised. Newt might have 'unfavorables' of less than 50%. But I doubt it.

4. He would never stand a chance
I have the feeling the repukes are gonna be really desperate next year. Another failed, womanizing, multi-divorced, neocon supporting fool is not gonna do it for them.

5. The more messed up GOP'er enter the race....
the more seats in Congress and electoral votes the Dem's will pick up in '08.

At this point, I think the Dems could actually run a mule against any of the GOP and win 271 electoral votes.

say it with me.

RUN! GNEWT! RUN!
