"Bidenites" Roll Call: Biden supporters, identify yourselves.
Edited on Tue Sep-18-07 11:43 PM by Katzenkavalier
I have noticed an increase in Biden supporters around here lately, and it would be good to see how many do we have around here at the moment. :)

An Obamaniac says HI! :hi:

We've been trying to come up with a name!

Bidenites - reminds me too much of Goodnites.

29. Grrrrr
I hate it when people who I disagree with are probably right.

Your dude is my least unfavorite of the three media darlings. I guess you get to call that an endorsement sometime around January 15th. I mean, so long as Obama keeps showering. :)

15. It's better than what I came up with -
Joe's Ho's.

Then we were tossing around
MoJoes.

so even tho Bidenites makes me think of diapers, it is an improvement!

21. Hey, that's not bad
I quite like the 'Bideneers'.

Sounds quite dashing in a way.

Although I now have an image of us all with eye-patches, cutlasses, wooden legs, and with a parrot on our shoulders yelling out:

"Vote Biden. Vote Biden. Man."

16. I'm for Edwards but I love Biden. If he's in the White House tomorrow at
7:00 a.m., I'll be a real happy camper.

I like the idea of an adult in the Oval Office.

Call me old-fashioned.

18. I would certainly sleep better at night
It would be nice to have someone in the White House where we didn't feel like we had to monitor his/her every move. Maybe we could actually have lives that entailed more than politics.

25. I don't want to think about politics every second
of every day, but I feel like I have to. When you "hire" public officials to do the jobs that you can't, you shouldn't have to monitor their every word and action. Imagine a life where politics is only a fraction of your life because you have leaders that are competent and trustworthy!

31. I like Joe...
I wouldn't say he's my candidate yet, but he's a pretty smart guy and, unlike the current occupant of the White House, he knows what the words "foreign relations" mean. That's a big plus in my book.

35. Count me in.
Then again, I would vote for any of our fine candidates, Kucinich is my favorite. I've really grown to like Biden after years of thinking he was an attention getting drama queen. Now, he strikes me as being sincere and extremely capable when it comes to foreign policy, and I think he can bring the opposing sides together. He can give us some much needed bipartisanship and will work to restore our relationship with the rest of the planet. He's probably in tight with the credit card industry which is a big negative.

I would take him over all the other Mainstream Candidates.

Kucinich is the real Candidate though.

37. Amen. Biden is the most likely to succeed.
Hi, Obamaniac. I like your guy a lot. When I first learned about him and heard him speak in 2003, I felt that I was looking at a future US president. Still feel that way. I was just surprised that he would choose to run this soon. I was looking for him to run in 2012. He will.

39. Perhaps because I'm also a very big Wes Clark fan
4 years ago I was driving around Mississippi with 2 Wesley Clark for Prez bumper stickers on my car. I still think he would have had a shot at beating Bush. And, of course, I was hoping he would run again this time. But he didn't. I just hope to see him in the next administration.

I supported Clark in 2004 because I just felt he brought the most to the table, especially considering what was going on at the time. This time around I'm taking the same approach and Biden is the one who has floated to the top. I just trust him to do the best job. He's not the most popular. He certainly doesn't have the most money. Just the best qualified candidate, imho.
