I agrees with the "man on the right" of CNN Situation Room
(not sure of his name, Watts, or something?)

He suggested that there should be some questions (like the one asked of Clinton whether she was lesbian) that the reply should be either "none of your business' or "I will not dignify this question with a reply."

Back in 2000 there was an excellent movie called "The Contender" where the magnificent Joan Allen was a liberal Senator being considered to fill the new vacancy of a Vice President. The freepers equivalents "released" videos of her supposedly wild days in college where she was BJing from one party to another. Her face could not be seen, only someone with blond hair. She refused to comment on these allegations. The President finally did submit her name and only to him she confided that it was not her, but that she was not going to dignify the inquiries with a reply.

I think that the President's men also cleared her.

But I was thinking then that if a candidate is asked whether s/he ever used drugs, or about sexual orientation (when s/he appears to be the opposite) or about other personal matters that are irrelevant to the qualifications of the office and are sheer voyeurism, they should refuse to acknowledge.
