Charles Rangel Attends Sun Myung Moon Event
It seems that some Democrats don't mind sowing the seeds of their own destruction: http://scoobiedavis.blogspot.com/2007/09/charlie-rangel-gives-credence-to-sun.html

1. As far as I know, Moon wasn't there. Again.
His Messiahness hasn't been seen for many months.

My take is that either he's incapacitated or dead and the family is covering it up.

It would be bad for the empire if its god died.

4. Moon was there and looks healthy for an 87 year-old
If you go to the website http://familyfed.org/ and click on "9/23/07 - Universal Peace Federation: Assembly 2007 - New York" there are several pics of him at the event.

5. OK, thanks.
He's one I'm keeping an eye on. My guess is that it'll be a long time after he croaks before that family fesses up.

All the old guard are getting on in years.

2. Rangel and the Clinton Democrats have been selling our party's soul for years
now.

How loud did the cluephone have to ring when Bill was spending so much time with Poppy Bush all these years?

No one can seriously believe they were involved just in charity work together.

9. I stopped loving Bill Clinton because he sides with Poppy and has been for decades
when it comes to protecting Poppy Bush's secrecy and privilege and the right of the American people to know what was done in their name (operations that led to 9-11), what side was Bill on?

To accept that Bill Clinton was a president worth loving is to accept that Poppy Bush deserved protection for his crimes of office.

12. Not so sure about that - seems they both had a mutual benefactor in Jackson Stephens
who was involved in WalMart's rise and BCCI in the 70s and 80s.

And we all know what happened to other outstanding matters that should have put Bush1 and his entire gang in jail long ago:

8. Read this press release. MLK and HRC mentioned
http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=104&STORY=/www/story/09-23-2007/0004668026&EDATE=

NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Martin Luther King III,
the eldest son of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., today appealed to more 400
leaders of the Universal Peace Federation gathered in New York City to make
a new commitment to fulfilling the humanitarian promises of the United
Nations, especially the Millennium Development Goals. The UPF, founded by
Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon in 2005, is an international network of individuals
and organizations dedicated to peace.

"History will judge our generation," King said, recalling the words of
his father, "not by whether we did what was popular or safe, but whether we
did what is right." King said that the tools of faith and non-violent
action, so successful in his father's civil rights campaign, could also
prove effective in reaching the UN Millennium Development Goals, which are
aimed at solving the urgent problems facing the world's children, including
hunger, disease and the need for education for all.

"As my father often said, the question is not whether we have the
technology or the ability, but whether we have the will and the heart,"
King said. "I believe we can do most anything with faith."

" Rev. Moon addresses the UPF General Assembly this evening on the topic
of "The United States and the Future Direction of the United Nations and
the World." More than 1200 people will represent all 190 nations present at
the UN. Letters of support from Heads of State from many nations will be
read, as well as messages of support from local political leaders including
Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, and from religious leaders, NGO directors
and other others.
