The network provides them (Limbaugh, Hannity, Colmes, Schultz) the same amount of time, but the local program director can control what he thinks his/her listener want. The local programmers often only carry Rush and Hannity.

I asked my daughter in korea if she heard talk radio and she said the military channel just plays stupid music so she never listens.
