Did Mathews ask GOP candidates about their thoughts on Blackwater?

I did not watch the debate. I'm wondering if Mathews asked Giuliani, who never says anything about Iraq, Thompson, Romney, etc., about the ramdom killings perpetrated by the mercenary agency Blackwater, and the fact that the Iraqi govt. is demanding 9 million dollars for each victim.
If you saw the debate, can you tell me?

not that $9 million for each victim would have anything to do with that.

Then again, I do believe he asked Rudy if he thought Steinbrenner should fire Torre.
