3. Colbert I think has a soft spot for dissidents
He's had on people who normally get extremely overlooked, like Amy Goodman, Mike Gravel, the woman who wrote the impeachment book -- I think it's his way of propelling views he thinks need to be more heard.

6. Will this give him the 'Colbert Bump'?
Kick him up to the 2nd tier above Richardson, Dodd and Biden?

9. Kuchinich has so many good ideas it's just that some are not
realistically possible. He fits in a perfect world scenario. That is what I think Colbert is emphasizing - look at his issues then vote Democrat/Democratic.

Biden comes the closest realistically to those goals.

10. The "pocket" Colbert...
came right out and said "Vote for Kucinich!", I don't remember Colbert making that kind of statment with the other two.

13.  I thought that was just part of the joke.
I didn't take it as a serious endorsement.

11. Hm
He plays a Republican (O'Reilly) no? Perhaps hes endorsing him in character because he knows Dennis Kucinich hasnt got a snowball's chance in hell of winning a single state.
