Am I understanding this right about the Blackwater employee relationship?
Blackwater says their employees are contract employees. So they don't have to pay their employer share of the FICA?

Their employees claim that Blackwater is their employer but that they are not contract employees. So they don't have to pay the full FICA instead of just the employee share?

2. indie contractors is the ploy
and yes, that is their position.
and blackwater indie contractors sign agreements, that if their families sue BW, they lose all benefits and insurance.
