Kucinich openly questions Bush's mental stability, weighs new impeachment effort
At a presidential campaign appearance last Sunday in California, Cleveland Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich said he's considering introducing a new impeachment resolution against President Bush in light of statements the president has made that Kucinich interprets as a prelude to war with Iran.

"This is not a funny thing I am about to say, and I want you to just be with me on it," Kucinich told an audience in Sierra Madre. "It's not funny at all. There's questions about his stability. Because, if he begins to talk openly about World War Three, I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to talk about that. Because we're talking about a nuclear war."

21. No, but the Democratic Party leadership may make him apologize.
This kind of stuff could hurt Republican feelings.

9. Timing may be bad but I commend his sentiment.
I've supported Kucinich since I learned about his platform, and I value his honesty on what he experienced.

Seeing odd things myself I find great courage in those who aren't afraid to speak about them.

While the mainstream might not recognize it as a genuine phenomena, it truly is, and world leaders tend to be on the receiving end quite often.

19. Yes, well, it's a little problem...
I doubt Kucinich has much credibility at this point. Thanks to Shirley MacLaine. It was sort of the kiss of death.

3. I think it is more a question of his mental ability not mental
stability. Although Bush does what we may call nutty things it is mostly stupid things.

7. Bingo. Who's taking bets as to how fast Dennis is pressed to apologize?
By the Dems, let alone the GOP?

Isn't that what Dems do, all the time, now?

8. Does anybody know if there's any truth to the rumors of Bush drinking?
At first I felt sure there would have been more leaks if it were true, but now I'm thinking there might be something to it - just by the way he's looked in a couple of recent appearances.

Not sure how we'd really find out, though - I doubt the media would report on it. What do you think?
