Media Matters.org report proves conservative media bias
Media Matters for America published a report in September 2007:

"Black and White and Re(A)d all over:
The Conservative Advantage in Syndicated Op-ed Columns"

Download pdf report:
http://mediamatters.org/reports/oped/

"Media Matters for America set out to make a systematic assessment of the syndicated columnist landscape,...contact each paper individually and ask which syndicated columnists are published on their op-ed pages".

"The results show that in paper after paper, state after state, and region after region, conservative syndicated columnists get more space than their progressive counterparts".

3. Conservatives dominate radio and newspapers - we need a NEW Fairness Doctrine
This is basically allowing the Rethuglicans to have free political advertising, with no regulation whatsoever. Whereas special interest groups are limited in what kind of advertising they can engage in prior to an election, these conservative blowhards have no such restrictions. We all saw just how effective they were last time around, with their whole Swiftboat campaign. People like Hannity basically gave these guys carte blanc to appear on their shows whenever they wanted, spreading their vile filth and lies.
