T'was the fifth of November and NEW history was made

Keith Olberman made NEW history with a special comment that even Bubble Boy * * will hear about, somehow.
It will reach him and he will get even more scared, as is just and necessary.

Keith's tirade is one we will remember years from now. I have a hunch it will bring some direct results, and not just in the fact that he now might need to employ body guards and food tasters. His courageous stands have brought him acclaim and big money, his new contract means he can afford them.
His singularly courageous comments have brought MSNBC legions of new viewers and have unseated or de-stabilized other TV programs in the same timeslot. A good start.

Keith is one large vocal component to help that our side is rising; he has a bull horn and is not afraid to use it on the 5th of November.
REMEMBER - remember.

Your lack of allegiance to the will of the people is going to cost you our vote and our good will and will taint your record. It's time to REMEMBER and honor those who put you in office, who are paying your salary, and whom you pledged to serve as their representatives.

We have many heroes who are not afraid and who are able to be clear and vocal about the disasters that have befallen our country and have so massively affected the world at large. They keep shining the light on the details of new and old ways in which we are dishonored and disregarded by our government.

I want to summon gratitude tonight, for all of them.
It is the night of Guy Fawkes, of V, and of Keith Olberman.
And we need to carry Keith on our shoulders because he speaks for us as we still hope for positive consequences resulting directly from his courage.

That torture is a fine tool to obtain "proof" of a world-wide plot that does not exist. That shadowy, world-wide version of Al Quaeda is bogus. It has always been bogus. The "islamofascist threat" is a complete fabrication.

It frustrates and angers me that these folks have been able to get away with their tactics.

THEY HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO MANUFACTURE THREATS. I have seen it with my own eyes.

We may never be able to prove it conclusively in a court of law or, perhaps, to the majority of public opinion, based as it continues to be primarily in corporate owned news sources, but there is no doubt for those who really look at the evidence that they aren't telling us the truth about 9/11. They've covered it up and stood on it like a pulpit and used it to preach violence and war and torture and to justify their every abuse of power. WORSE, they've gotten away with it. So far, not ONE iota of genuine accountability for anyone protected by this criminal enterprise with deep counter-intelligence roots masquerading as an administration.

I don't even think its deep counter-intelligence roots in a traditional FBI sense of the word. Its roots are in realizing the abuses that could be done in the name of counter intelligence, and building a corporate intelligence structure to facilitate it. Now a vast sum of our intelligence budget is going to corporations, who are seeking to build an intelligence "product" rather than establishing truth. The production of this intelligence product is a distraction from actual counter-intelligence work.

Since many of us did not watch Keith, for one reason or another (In my case: MSNBC was pulled by COMCAST) .....

And yet with all the hooting and hollering, and with the mighty banner "History Was Made!" ....

With all that: No mention of what he said is to be found anywhere in this thread ..... not a peep ....
