5. Graph is interesting, but unclear.
Is it comparing approval ratings according to calendar year, or according to year in office?

If it's the latter, as I suspect, the bottom axis should be relabled.

I fail to see what we have to learn by comparing an ex-president's current approval ratings to a sitting president's current approval ratings.

Why do it? What do we have to learn from this?
