some of his stances, but his defence of NAFTA is disgusting. I also don't appreciate his application of science to the climate change. I still think, personally, that once the ocean's deep water currents change, that we will see a cold trend, (after the heat up). There is so much that effects the model. Understanding how coriolis, wind patterns, currents and upwelling works is a huge key to the system. The earth has changed its dynamic in itself. This effects the minutes in a day. It also effects the wind patterns. Also, the deep water currents play a huge role in determining the seasonal changes. When that changes, you have different patterns occur.
But he has been crowned the Environmental King, and people follow him like he's a God. It is a scary path we embark on when we declare the world is flat. Science is always hypothesizing, testing, and learning. We are embarking on a climate change. There are different models and differnt factors involved. I have said, people need to get over this invisible line madness, and realize the world is all of ours to inherit. It is going to be necessary to become more nomadic. When one area dries up, you better be able to move to another that has water. Atlanta, GA, in all reality, ought to be abandoned. Its a drought area now. It appears that it will be for some time. But we will spend oodles of money making it a viable living area because its all so stationary.
We also need to get rid of GMO super foods. They are incredibly bad for the environment and use way too much water and pesticides. We need to have better air quality control. Our breathing air is not clean. An increase in lung cancer is happening across the board in woman who don't even smoke. This should send a message that we are breathing highly toxic air, especially in the cities.
There are so many fundamentally horrible environmental conditions that we face everyday. It really is a miracle that our bodies are so strong and that they work so hard to keep us healthy when we bombard it with toxicity everyday. I believe that if we start by insisting on clean air, clean water (without flouride), and nutritious foods (that have not been modified or irridated ), then we will have our sollution for green house gasses. The 3 things I mentioned are things that, if addressed, automatically cut down our man made pollution. These are things that are viable and we can work on at local levels. We can ask for clean water, we can insist on clean air and alt. energy sources from our states, and we can work on the FDA labeling GMO foods. People would naturally steer clear of these foods if the package was labeled as such. And if meat was priced the way it should be, then our eating habits would change the right way, and methane gas would be properly addressed.
