New Hampshire poll (Dec. 17, 2003). Dean 45%, Kerry 20%, 15% undecided
Read this ARG poll from December 2003 to realize how Hillary Clinton's 15% lead in New Hampshire is nothing at this point, due to the difficulty in predicting primary outcomes.

Hillary supporters cannot claim that the huge number of undecided is not the case in 2007, but the fact is that according to this same ARG poll, only 15% of respondents claimed to be undecided back then.
Hil might be in for a big surprise.

1. New Hampshire voters sometimes don't show their cards til the very close of a
contest.

Things could get interesting up there.

Also, for the Pukes, it's looking like Ron Paul might surpass Giuliani in NH. What a gas that would be after Rudy's shoving his weight around on Paul during the Reagan library debate.

3. Paul's situation is odd
If anything, NH is a custom-designed-for-Ron-Paul state. It would be really, really funny to see him derail one of the "top tiers" there.

4. NH is a very unpredictable place.
Independents can vote in either party's primary. That means if one of the candidates from either party gets hot, it can affect support in the other party's race. Democrats AND republicans will be going after a lot of the same voters.

2. It ain't over 'till it's over and anything can happen.
That includes voters deciding all of the top tier candidates are lacking and taking a second look at guys like Biden or Richardson.

As for the Republicans, I personally think that Ron Paul is going to kick Rudy and Mittens flip flopping asses in New Hampshire and we can all enjoy a very good laugh.
