Bush and Cheney should NOT BE CHARGED WITH ANY CRIMES!!!
If they are charged while he is still president, he will be able to pardon himself and Cheney before he leaves.

If charges are filed afterwards, he will have to suffer the slings and arrows of due process.

(He can't pardon himself from charges that haven't been filed yet, can he?)

2. The minute they leave office he should be arrested
bu$h should be locked up without bail as he is a flight risk owning land in Paraguay.
Cheney should at the very least by hung by the neck until dead for his high crimes. And I am not even for the death penalty.

3. Why not?
Just a blanket pardon for anything that happened in his administration.

4. governor Ernie Fletcher issued immunity to his staffers for past and
future actions. He lost reelection big time. Still he kept his co conspirators quiet.

10. Read the terms of Nixon's pardon. I believe he was covered for any
charges that might come up later.

11. When they leave office
and when a Republican gets in (because the Justice Department is encouraging the stripping of voter polls throughout the country) you think charges will be brought then?

12. Send them to the Hague!
They will give themselves/each other a blanket pardon like what Ford gave Nixon.

The only they will see justice is in the Hague.
