Is Obama learning to bake? Is there going to be a snide cookie poll about the male candidates? Or are we only cutesy about the woman?

Even thinking about putting up a poll like this points to a real ugliness of mind.

7. I do recall being mightily offended back in 92 when some smart ass with a typewriter
and a job with some magazine stated a big (and profoundly stupid) deal about the likelihood that Babs Bush made cookies and Hillary didn't.

Had to take time from discussion of serious and important issues to discuss COOKIES.

It infuriated me. Like, yeah, Babs is usually found in the kitchen... (if so, check the level of the cooking sherry!) Trying to make it look like Hillary was a bad woman because she wasn't making cookies.

Here's my response to OP's question: America doesn't need a tray of cookies. And bright women might be spending their time more productively than baking. ;)
