Oprah Winfrey to Make Campaign Stop in South Carolina with Barack Obama

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Obama for America campaign today announced that Oprah Winfrey will join U.S. Sen. Barack Obama for a December 9 campaign event in Columbia.

The stop is part of a December 8-9 tour through three early voting states. Winfrey and Obama will hold two events in Iowa, one in South Carolina, and one in New Hampshire. All events will be free and open to the public.

1. in the meantime, her dearest friend Maya Angelous has said she supports Hillary.
And, I, if I were not able to choose on my own, would rather go with Maya Angelou than with Oprah, who, somehow, seems to have lost her rudder in the last few years ... or, perhaps she never told us before what her rudder was.

2. Oprah gave Swartzenneger a giant boost in his bid for governor of California. That sparked
her delusions into believing she's really a kingmaker.

4. Why wouldn't Oprah do this for Barack though? She's a very influential,
if not the most influential black woman in America....BO is not my number 1, but I'm glad Oprah is doing this for him, if nothing else, she will encourage both young and old people (black and white) to get out and vote. If she is encouraging participation then I say go Oprah...
