So yesterday it's revealed- with convincing evidence- that Rudy bilked taxpayers to fund his trysts

with Judy while he was married to his 2nd wife. And do the major papers cover it? Sure, buried in the back pages. And what's on the front page of the WaPo? A hit piece on Obama about rumors about his supposed "Muslim ties". Today is the only time I've ever had anything good to say about Murdoch and NY Post. At least they're covering this story as front page news. I don't know how long the major papers will avoid this story, but I don't think they can just bury it. Still, it completely pisses me off that the WaPo went with a story about rumors (or more accurately lies) about a dem candidate, instead of a story that's documented about a repuke.

is a republican rag oftentimes no better than the Moonie-owned Washington Times, the better you'll sleep and the less time you'll waste looking for real news among it's pages.

5. you are missing the point. I'm fully aware of what the WaPo is

and I don't read it. I found about this story from kos. The points I'm making are that 1) the Rudy story is being ignored, and 2) they're running a hit piece on Obama that will get wide play. We ignore this shit at our peril.

Such as whether Bill Clinton "parsed his words" saying that he was always against the Iraq War.
The mainstream media answer to their corporate masters and can't understand why more and more people turn to the internet to get actual important stories and facts instead of rumors.
