The reason why all the polls went haywire over the last two weeks or so.
It's quite simple: polls are bound to get wonky over the holidays. A lot of people aren't home, and a lot of people don't care to answer the phone. With certain demographics more or less likely to be willing to participate in a poll, it's going to skew everything all over hell. That's why the last couple of weeks have seen polls running wild, each one showing completely different results according to the method used. I would advise people to discard any polls taken from roughly the 20th until the 27th, and start from scratch.

1. I agree with you
But don't hold your breath when it comes to supporters not using these polls to make "claims" as to who is on top! :dilemma:

2. I'll 2nd That
And some people are not (sic) answering the phone - I think most (in Iowa) are keeping there vote? tight to there vest - because of all the attention there getting, I would too.

4. Ur Right
I agree with your statement. The fact that Ron Paul got over 19 million in donations but he it's not on any polls proves your argument.

6. I think Ron Paul is a special case.
He really is in single digits, but seems to have tapped into
the discontent of the paleo-conservative wing of the party,
giving him access to some serious cash.

5. I dont answer the phone unless I recognize the caller ID
If the caller thinks they have something important to tell me then they will leave a message. If I think it is important I will call back.

I started this before the no call lists and never quit.
