Mrs. Obama said "If we don't win Iowa, we go home!" WOW!
I just heard that from Buchanan on CNN. I wonder if Barack agrees with her?

2. She. Did. Not. Did she?
Dear sweet Lord. Wait. Buchanan? Okay. Not buying it without footage, sorry.

Seriously. Since when is Buchanan a reliable source?
He was probably just paraphrasing what we already now she said.

17. Uh, not to be snarky, but
If you're going to use "Get a brain, Morans," as an avatar, it might be wise to double check your spelling. "Know", not "now".

The Spelling Police exits. I know, I know, thank God.

4. She didn't say that. Buchanan is paraphrasing her quote.

Which means, Buchanan is blowing smoke out his ass...again.

5. Is he just dredging up her old quote or is it something new? Because it doesn't make sense now
Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 03:02 PM by wlucinda
He's in good shape...even if he doesn't win Iowa or NH.

7. Why don't you change the title of your post to:
"Buchanan says Mrs. Obama said 'If we don't win Iowa, we go home'"

No one believes or cares about one thing that man says.

And could you post a link to the footage, or could you post a link to his quote?

9. Here's a link to the CNN story.
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2007/09/27/michelle-obama-if-barack-doesnt-win-iowa-its-just-a-dream/

It seems he was quoting Michelle from back in September. The problem is, it's being broadcast TODAY! I have no idea how many Iowan's watch CNN, but I think it could matter to some.

8. I sure hope that's not true.
Obama probably won't win Iowa (Edwards will win) but I'm betting on him to take a strong second.
It would be a shame if he dropped out.

The actual quote (unless he is referring to something else):

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2007/09/27/michelle-obama-if-barack-doesnt-win-iowa-its-just-a-dream/

DES MOINES, Iowa (CNN) — Michelle Obama told a crowd in eastern Iowa Wednesday night that if her husband, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, doesn't place first in the Hawkeye State then "it is just a dream."

"Iowa will make the difference," Mrs. Obama said. "If Barack doesn't win Iowa, it is just a dream. If we win Iowa, then we can move to the world as it should be."

Edited on Wed Jan-02-08 04:19 PM by Carrieyazel
he'll have to deal with Michelle's statement when he goes to New Hampshire. Not the first haphazard statement by Michelle.

Obama could loose and he is a ASS kisser for Hillary in the worst way. This right wing idiot for some reason is pushing the Clinton bandwagon.
