1. Good tactic. I like what he did there
He has a national platform and he decides to come out and act like a winner. That's what people need to see.

8. Except he gave the same stump speech AGAIN
in front of his Iowa supporters. As many times as I've heard that speech, I can't imagine how many times his supporters (particularly in Iowa)have heard it. You're right about his confidence, though. That will help him.

26. The same speech many of us here have heard before BUT NOW,
it's being broadcast nationally to an audience who may not have been paying attention or noticed him earlier. For those people, they just got their first taste of his 'for the people' message, and they want to know more!

I think it was a great speech. Much of it was familiar to me, and yet I'm not tired of it. I am still moved by this man.

Not one kind word directed at any of his fellow Democratic candidates.

Whether one considers that arrogant...that is an opinion.

...you are not entitled to require anyone else to agree and many don't.

And repetitive, I might add.

AND, he did not even congratulate Sen. Obama.

27. It's hard to give a losing speech
He did better than Hillary was smiling excessively while pretending everything was fine. But the media loved it, so maybe I'm just more cynical.
