As a justice on the USSupCT I believe he would make the 'greatest' list when history made note of him. What we can do is hope to hell the winner in November has the intelligence and wisdom to nominate him when an opening arises.

7. I just think he may be more valuable as a senator
After all, he did filibuster that awful bill while the other senator presidential candidates stayed in Iowa, so in a way, with his full attention on the senate, it is better for everyone really.
