4. Agreed. He would be there to challenge the status quo candidates not those 2.

5. I think Bloomberg comes in if Huckabee is the GOP nominee.
Wall Street Republicans would never support Huckleberry. All of Bloomberg's friends would have no one to vote for.

9. Bloomberg doesn't care about Huck; he'd run against Dems. True.
Would Obama be a threat? I don't know.

6. Bloomberg's not gonna do that
One --he said he's not running

Two--he certainly wouldn't risk damaging a Democrat to risk a Huckabee Presidency.

13. Yes, but people hadn't woken up to Bush yet
They have now. He and the Republicans are less popular than ever.

11. Actually no,
Bloomberg said the other day he wasn't running. He was explicit. Other than that, Bloomberg seems to like Obama.

12. That is truly terrifying
As a gay man, the prospect of Huckabee winning is indeed scary.

14. I don't think Bloomberg could win with Obama as the dem nomine, therefore he won't run
Bloomberg doesn't want to just be a spoiler, and look at the image Obama has, the Washington outsider, the change candidate, the uniter who drew more support from independent voters (and even some republicans) in Iowa then any other democrat. That's not the kind of candidate Bloomberg can beat as a Washington outsider seeking to be the moderate candidate for all of America and not just Left or Right wing America.
