To the Edwards supporters re the media...I can relate...
As a totally committed Biden supporter, I hope you can now understand our frustration with the media and their lack of any attention to Joe from the git go. Don't tell me Biden was not viable, or electable. He was far more so, and if the media had covered him equally with the top three American idols, this would be a different ballgame. I'm amused by the whining and crying 'cause Edwards isn't receiving all of the attention since his showing in Iowa. If the media decides your boy is no longer viable, then folks, I'm sorry. That is how it's gonna be. Perhaps they are afraid of him, who knows.. As for the media, they should be ashamed of themselves and their corporate masters have done this country a great dis-service. Edwards?? If the media says he's over...guess what....he is. And that's the way it is.

8. Maybe you should -
There is a big difference between Biden's 1% to Edwards' 30%, so your comparison is the logic of a Fox News reporter.

4. We've understood all along. If the media decides to use their
corporate influence against you then....

We've still got to fight!!!!!!

5. Edwards has never gotten anything more than scraps of shit from M$M
And now that he has placed SECOND PLACE ahead of Clinton, not last place behind Clinton, the media is ignoring his OBVIOUS VICTORY of second placing.

6. Biden has the power in the Senate to change the legislation
that allows the media conglomerates to destroy our democracy. What has he done with that power? If you know people in his campaign, please ask them that for me. He has seen with his own eyes and felt for himself just how much media controls what Americans think.

In 2000, I studied the Florida election law, and I knew that the decisions about the recount and the treatment of Gore were wrong. The press lied and hid what really happened and what the law really required. I watched and watched and the news coverage was more and more biased. Finally, after my kids left home, my husband I stopped our cable subscription. We rarely, rarely watch cable. We can't get most of the channels that aren't cable. We get our news from the internet. Maybe that's the reason we like Edwards so much. We aren't brainwashed by the press. What peace.

Anyway back to Biden. I hope he and Dodd have seen the light. Neither of them got the press attention they deserved. Neither did Edwards or Kucinich or Richardson for that matter. The press likes Obama and Hillary and has decided we get to choose between them and the Republican loser being thrown at us for 2008. So, let's see some democracy in action. Let's see what Biden and Kucinich and Dodd can do in their positions in Congress to change the rules on the media.

9. Bingo!
Great point. If they don't like the way the media neglected them, they're in a position NOW to do something about it.

Or else they can keep ignoring it the way everyone else has been.
