I suppose waterboarding, health care, and the war...
are important, but I still don't know who is the best person to deal with reduced oil supplies in the face of increased demand, long term poisoning of the ocean, and that poisoned ocean possibly rising 6 feet or so in our lifetime. A few other things along those lines bother me, too, like how to deal with the US going belly up fiscally and even if it doesn't, how to deal with its no longer leading economy and technology. And 30 or 40 million people "retiring" with no pesnsion. And, ummm, places like Pakistan and Kenya.

But, hey that's me and just my own priorities. Continue discussing the particulars of imaginary health plans.

1. We don't always agree, TB, but I am with you here.
Problem is, our Titanic is leaking from a thousand holes simultaneously. And while oil and the oceans/environment are important, very VERY important, none of them get addressed if Imperial Amerika remain unfree and enslaved while the Old American Republic lies in the ash-heap of history.

It's a tough nut to crack, when one considers the sheer number of "tipping points' we have crossed both environentally and politically.
