Does anyone have a list of the Gulf of Tonkin vote?

Wikipedia says the House of Representative vote was 416-0, which means several Representatives were not present to vote.

I am looking for comments and statements that Gerald Ford may have made at the time.

I am working on a theory of Post-WWII Congressional War votes as poison pills in explaining who makes it to the Whitehouse.

Vietnam, Panama, Gulf Slaughter 1 & 2 and Afghanistan are in play.
