The absurdy of the sexist boogyman. (Or Why does Hillary get a pass because she's a woman)
Isn't' this what strong woman fight against? If ANY front runner stumbled in the way that Hillary is stumbling, his/her opposition's supporters would be all over him/her. Its the nature of politics.

Pretend for a minute that Hillary is Romney. If he stumbles are we going to give him a pass in order to not hurt his feelings? I would hope not, because this game is for keeps.

I think, and I say this not trying to be a provocateur, that the crys of "sexism" and labeling anyone who comments negatively about Hillary a "sexist" is a convenient excuse to deflect from a failing campaign.

It shouldn't be tolerated.

2. Depends on the comment
sometimes it's not sexist

sometimes it is.

Silly to deny the obvious.

6. I can agree with that, but the excuse is trotted out way too easily
Cry wolf one too many times, and it stops having any effect.

8. I can't speak for that
But I call sexist when I see it --and debunk it when I don't.

Much of the garbage tossed out on DU as criticism of Clinton IS sexist.

11. Certainly not every negative comment about Hilary Clinton is sexist.
Only the sexist comments are. You're trying to suggest that either every criticism of her is sexist, or none of them are, black or white. That's a fallacy.

12. Its the supporters who cried wolf..
When they trot it out for the most benign things, it begins to lose its meaning.
