"Is Hillary Finished?" is the survey question on Yahoo's homepage
Two primaries in two little states and we're already writing off major candidates? This system needs to be corrected.

1. That's why we need, at the very least, regional primaries
Start in one section of the nation, then a week later, have another section vote/caucus. Doing it by sections would make it easier on traveling for the candidates and press corps, and also mean that ad markets would be close together--a TV spot shown in Iowa might reach Illinois or Minnesota.

3. Yes, good idea.
They could rotate every 4 years. There could be a SW primary, a west coast primary, a Midwest primary etc.

2. Feb. 5 will decide that and everything else.
An yes the system is really screwed up. The fact that we are having primaries in January and that they will be over in February should tell us that.

4. Bill Clinton lost Iowa and New Hampshire. I'm tired of this bullshit.
I WANT to help choose a nominee. This is ridiculous. All states should vote on the same day in the primary. end of story. WTF should iowa and new hamphsire have any more clout than the West Coast?

5. I agree 100%
How about a couple of industrial states go first?

6. He lost to a Senator from Iowa and then Massachusetts
He didn't lose to the same person twice in a row after being the early frontrunner.

The better comparison for Hillary is to Dean in 2004. Kerry won Iowa and went on from there.

9. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) ran essentially unopposed in Iowa in 1992.
Tsongas won in New Hampshire that year.

7. It's an ad from Newsmax

And here's where you can vote, if you're willing to give Newsmax your email address.

8. You know how they should handle it?
Whatever states the candidates themselves are from should be the first ones..they could decide order by lottery drawing. So in this race it would be Delaware, New Mexico, New York, Alaska (!), Connecticut, Illinois and Ohio..of course Vilsack was in at the begining, but if they drop out that state is taken out of the mix.
THEN let the rest of the country scramble for who goes next.

Now, wouldn't that shake things up?

10. People didnt want to vote for her in the first place
Thats what these two little states are showing. People wanted a reason to not vote for her, and now they have it.
