Your candidate should drop out.

Don’t get me wrong. Your candidate is not a bad person and could still do a lot to help our cause. But he/she doesn’t have a chance to get the nomination at this point, and my candidate would benefit greatly if the field was smaller. Besides, if your candidate were to drop out of the race now, it will make him/her look better and ensure a continuation of his/her political career. By staying in the race, your candidate looks petty and small.

And anyway, my candidate would make a much better president than yours. The early primary voters know this, so why bother staying in the race. Okay, maybe there is a slim, outside chance that your candidate could weather the storm and come back to win the nomination. But it would leave the candidates with battle scars that might not heal in time for the general election. Do you really want to see another four years of Republican control of the Executive Branch?

I mean, come on. Your candidate doesn’t have enough money to stay in the race anyway. So why not just give up now? You gotta have money if you want to compete on Super Tuesday, and your candidate will be broke by then.

And if your candidate doesn’t drop out soon, you should consider changing your support to my candidate. Who wants to back a loser? I certainly don’t.
