2. I had to fight with an insurance co. for a member of my family.
They stop breathing at night, and needed an c-pap machine. It took almost a year to get the machine. The sleep study was done, and the math backed up the lack of breathing at night. I wrote the insurance commissioner who could not help, but the letter I wrote indicated that the lose of life was surely enivitable because the strain on the heart and the family's history of heart disease. After the machine was delivered. WPS the insurance co. called our home and asked what they should do with my family members dead body. They made this very strange phone call twice. These folks are not into care, they are into money.
