Don't count Rudy out completely
He is leading in FLorida.

RCP Average 12/12 - 01/07 26.5 21.3 16.5 14.3 8.5 3.7 Giuliani +5.2
InsiderAdvantage 01/07 - 01/07 24 19 13 19 8 5 Giuliani +5.0
Quinnipiac 12/12 - 12/18 28 21 20 13 8 2 Giuliani +7.0
SurveyUSA 12/15 - 12/16 29 24 20 10 8 -- Giuliani +5.0
Strategic Vision (R) 12/14 - 12/16 25 21 13 15 10 4 Giuliani +4.0

Which come right befor Super Tuesday which would kill momentum for the SC winner and split the Repukes four different ways on 2/5.

1. His lead in FL slipped a little last month, but it's back up, I see--
he's putting all of his resources and attention there now. I haven't counted him out--he might take the big states and get the lion's share of delegates, since nobody consistently likes any of the others.

2. If he manages to win Florida, the repukes will start attacking him.
So far, he's gotten a pass, but you can bet that won't be the case if he becomes a contender.

As much as I'd love to see him make an early exit since I hate him so much, I can see that his continued presence in the lineup would be to the dems' advantage.

So either way I am OK.

3. He might win Florida.
But I strongly doubt he'll do well in the rest of the South. His stand on gun control alone will doom him in GA, AL, MS, TN & probably the Carolinas. There are a lot of one-issue voters in the Southland.

5. Let me ask, why if Edwards doesn't come in first in Iowa and NH
do supporters of Hils and Barrie tell us it's all over BUT Rudy, who doesn't even come in in the top 4 in either state, is still in business?

6. If he doesn't start paying his staff it means nothing........
it means little money coming in and a lot going out to what capture one state. I don't think he will make it that far.
