It was priceless. He took that shill Tony Snow to the woodshed.

3. Are you one of the writers?
I thought it was one of the most compelling discussions I've heard in a very long time. He didn't have some of his usual shtick, but it sure as hell didn't suck.

6. I thought the WGA could goto hell 10 years ago
and I can't say my opinion has changed, I am just sorry so many people are being hurt - Bill's comments were dead on.

7. I liked it a lot. Glad to see him back.
Missed "New Rules", but totally understand why they weren't there.

8. I liked it too. I wasn't thrilled with the monologue but the rest was
great! I thought Bill was great and everybody put Snow in his place!

9. I could not disagree with you more. The show had substance and
may well be one of my favorites. Tony Snow as the consummate lying representative of the dark side did his best to do a good job for them. With intelligence and not much fighting he was unmasked and his professional spin and misrepresentation were neutralized.
Catherine Crier was phenomenal, and so were the others.
It was a quality talk show with no holds barred, no language censored, no thoughts squashed. A rare intellectual exercise.

I was thrilled with it.

10. I loved it!
My favorite line was when that dude Matt from Rolling Stone told Tony Snow: "I wouldn't trust you guys to tell me the time of day".

Snow wouldn't shut up, but everyone was laughing at the sniveling chimp-licker as he recited the same old tired lies. He is despicable!

13. I'm glad he is back also
but I thought his Hillary attack was lame and he let that loser Snow run the show.
I missed New Rules also and I wasn't laughing too much - which I usually do!

Peace

14. Welcome to DU Beststash - the reason you did not laugh as much
as usual, and the reason there were no NEW RULES, is that Bill pulled this show off without writers of gags and jokes. He was on his own, and as a result we had a higher caliber show I think.

As far as Mr. professional spin meister Tony Snow is concerned Bill was a host to an invited guest. He left the tire marks on Tony's back in a very gentlemanly way.

15. Snowjob was trying to hog the show..
He fancies himself as some wise sage who will set us all straight if he can just have a chance to explain what's really going on to all of us ignorant peasants.

Everybody knows he is totally full of shit. He's like Baghdad Bob, but he's more evil and less funny.

Welcome to DU!:hi:
