Can we stop with the "Do you really think this will help your candidate?" comments?
If you actually believe that something said on DU will have any bearing on the results of the election, then you need to get out more.

3. Attacks should are wrong because they are bad within themselves. Using the
"THIS THREAD IS GONNA HURT YOUR CANDIDATE" excuse is just lame.

Since we all ascribe some value (unspecified) to posting at all, and wish (for whatever irrational reason) to bring others at DU to our point of view, it makes sense that alienating DUers toward ones' candidate is no more or less relevant than making other DUers like ones' candidate.

Just sayin'
