No matter who wins... I HAVE A DREAM ... for election day
Edited on Sat Jan-12-08 11:24 PM by Mira
It pops into my head when I least expect it and clings while I wonder how to excite others to help make it real.

No dream is impossible, not even this one.

On election day we will be suffering the last throes of George W. Bush, the destroyer who enjoyed kicking the world around.
This same world is waiting for November, just like us.

There has been uncountable suffering through the destruction and loss of life during his reign while
were ultimately impotent and incredulous seeing how he abused the power he granted himself.

A scourge will be lifted from the earth that day, no matter who wins the election.

MY DREAM:

Pyrotechnics start in Christmas Island, "New Years in November".
Happy colorful invigorating rockets go up in the sky to welcome a new age.

On to Sydney Harbor - to Singapore- Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok.
"Buh Bye Bush" airshows happen in Cyprus, Malta, Brussels, London and Rio.

16 hours after Australia they light up New York City, and 25 hours later they end in American Samoa.

A full cycle of fittingly burying an era horribilis,

And a dream well dreamed, and shared with a smile.

1. Not to be a downer, but on election day Bush still has three more
months in which he can start WW3 - if he's not started it yet before then.

I won't breath easy until Jan 21, 09.
