Poll question: POLL: Contentious debates in GDP over every misstep of every campaign are
I think a forum like GDP is exactly the solution to working out the differences among the campaigns in a semi private forum and minimizing the negative effects of those differences in a general election.

19. Unfortunately, the "contentious debates" are not rational, logical discussions
in many cases. Many potentially interesting threads devolve into childish food fights.
I am disappointed in some of the flame-throwing Clinton and Obama supporters on DU- although I believe they
might be well-intentioned- in my opinion they are NOT helping their candidates (at least in my eyes).
