Elites and the Media have already decided who is to be
president. (and their choice surely is not HRC). Note
I said some elites.

Provide as little coverage of Edwards as possible and
he can be easily forced out--they thought.

4. Note Fade Away

How do we generate media coverage for the 'Invisible' John Edwards?

Friday! Friday! Friday! Friday! Friday!

"...Edwards could engage in a high speed police chase with Britney's kids on his lap and a missing white girl in the trunk, or he could raise $7 million dollars in one day." (dkos)

Make a Secure Online Contribution at JohnEdwards.com

This is a grassroots thing, started spontaneously by a dailykos poster on Sunday (on his blog News Corpse). In the hope that a record breaking day of contributions will generate news and media attention for the 'invisible' candidate John Edwards.

DU thread: John Edwards: $7 Million Dollars In One Day - Make It Happen

Reminder! Your contribution could be doubled*.
Public campaign financing matches your personal contribution total up to $250.

5. I agree that the media has bias, but look back to those 6 days
It was a function of who made news. That was the period when the day before NH through the day after John Kerry endorsed Obama. The big stories the day before the primary and on the primary were about HRC's "tears", the possibility that with 2 loses she could be out, and Obama's high poll numbers. The day after the NH primary, the big story was HRC beating Obama. After that the "racism" fight gave coverage to Obama and HRC. Then, Kerry's endorsement.

Now if Edwards wins or makes NV close, he will get a wave of stories.
