Has Obama praised Bush's 2000 campaign/theft as "successful" and "changing" the US after 9/11 yet?

Has Obama praised Bush's 2000 campaign/theft as "successful" and "changing" the US after 9/11 yet?
Bush was "successful" in getting RePUKE supreme court judges to rule against counting the votes of teachers and custodians and other voters.

Bush "united" the country after 9/11 and set us on a new path of change.

Obama probably will praise Bush for these accomplishments just like he praised Reagan for a "successful" presidency and "change."
