Just heard on MSNBC, from Laurence O'Donnell.

8. Very succinct I like that
Obviously Edwards or Kuchinich are real Democrats because they don't stand a chance. The people that brought us triangulation-Mark Penn-through the Clintons have killed the Democratic party. That wasn't their intention. They just wanted to win dammmit! They just thought that by giving an inch it would be okay. But then they gave another and another and another and never ever drew a line in the sand.

And now Reagan is a hero, and Bush and Cheney and many many others will never ever ever ever ever ever be held to account. But that's okay with MANY even here, as long as the president has a Big D behind their name.

3. O'Donnell is an idiot
if he believes anything he said, or he's a cynical hack trying to push Obama if he doesn't.

5. I saw it as a positive for Edwards.
It was along the lines of, "Only the Michael Moore crowd disapproves of the preznit" or "Only the Moveon.org crowd is against the war in Iraq." If they start talking about Edwards having his own "crowd," I'll definitely take a second look!

7. That explains a lot
I'll condemn Regan forever so I guess I'm where I belong.

Proud member of the John Edwards wing of the Democratic party.

Lawrence O'Donnell makes me retch.

9. I took it as an insult, like he believes we all have to be in the center
and get along to elect a centrist.

That is just what this county DOES NOT NEED!

11. Aghast that KO would have him after O'Donnell's hit piece on Edwards
at the Huffington Post, saying John should stop his campaign or he would be remembered as just another racist white male (might have said Southern, too). We need to email Countdown in protest.

12. O'Donnell was horribly insulting
to many, many progressive Democrats, as well as the union people in Nevada whom he spoke of in a very patronizing manner.
