19. I would love to have 8 more years of Clinton. Just think, no wars,
more jobs beside fast food and minimum wages, good economy. But regardless who gets in this mess can't be fixed over night. The way some are upset with our congress already, how much time are you going to give the new prez?

22. new, exciting, and potentially groundbreaking, doesn't sound like
a very good resume for a President that may have to deal with real terrorists threats, a recession, national disaster, personal tragedy, that could happen at anytime or all at once. No Thanks. I'll stick with know how, and good ole experience. We've had almost 8 years of a guy with a learners permit with his side kick running the show. I don't want or need anymore of that kind of excitement.

for the last 10-15 years?

Status Quo for everyone!!!

8. Because the Clintons advised going into Iraq
and said they were sure the WMD were there. Amongst a whole bunch of other stupid centrist strategies and policies they endorsed.

Which is why we need a new trajectory - to get us off the failed policies of the last 28 years.

10. ASSIMILATE
Do you Obamites just assimilate the buzzwords without THINKING about the words?

"Trajectory".

How about saying we need a Reagan-like President? ABSURD on its face!

We need someone who will move the country towards progressive ideals, like Reagan moved the country towards ass backwards conservative ideals.

Do you think the Democratic Party has a candidate like that, or are you just interested in payback that further tears this country apart?

17. Oh yes....
let us sell out our Democracy, because we know we don't want to actually STAND for anything.

Isn't it easier to just pander to right and left-lite by talking "bi-partisanship", when the real agenda is cozying up to the Corporations?

Wake up! Its one thing to take empty canned rhetoric and raise it to empty lofty speech, but to IGNORE a clear message is willful ignorance!

Edited on Thu Jan-17-08 09:00 PM by flordehinojos
leahy who promised to bring fredo to task, and then let him get away with torture, lies, i can't recall, i don't know, and all that crap ... leahy is now endorsing obama ...

what vanity possesses the man who speaks stern, threatens much but in the end ... lets fredo mock him, the u.s. senate, the u.s. constitution and each of the rest of us.

like kerry's endorsement, if people are really using their thinking ... it may turn out the leahy's endorsement is not worth all of that much.

25. Once upon a time a group of Media Types got together
a group of Establishment types. You have never seen anythign
like it. They were out of their minds in a swoon over this
guy called Obama. Let us make him President--we hate Hilary.
Let's get together and convince America what a wonderful
thing it would be to have a Black President.

Joking of course.
