Poor Mitt!
MSNBC has been playing film of a reporter calling Mitt Romney on his lying about the lobbyists who are helping to run his campaign. Willard Mitt Romney isn't the easy-going Ken doll when he is challenged. His true nature comes to the surface.

The film includes one of his aides, who looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy's angry brother, scolding the reporter for being "unprofessional." And here I thought that journalists were supposed to report the truth.

It is kind of funny: a few of MSNBC's reports have noted that all of the other republican candidates get along, except Mitt. None of them like him. I expect that we will be seeing more of the angry Mitt in the next week.

2. "unhinged"
Exactly.

I do not think many reporters are going to conclude that Mitt has much respect for them. He seems to mistake them for employees, who have to shake when the boss is directing his unhinged madness at them.

3. It's shocking to me, seeing actual GOP-ers hounded by the MSM...
I guess it shows what a mess they are in...their vaunted coalition held by the spit of hatred (thanks, Raygun) is coming apart in front of our very eyes. The money bags vs the warmongers vs the fundies. I hope their primaries do not elevate any one over the other.

5. I think that's exactly what is happening.
This is a moment of rare instability for the locksteppers and it's reflected in the media.

Btw, watch to see which one wins SC. That person historically has gone on to get the nomination.

7. In the past two
republican debates, Willard Mitt Romney's personality pathology has begun to shine through. He has assumed that he is not only the top candidate, but that he is also entitled to moderate the questions and other candidates' answers. "Golden Boy Syndrome" is an unattractive condition, and it is as if Mitt wants to be the captain of the republican basketball team, even though he has the least skills on the court.

4. Mitt was caught in a lie and didn't like it.
In his stump speech Mitt says that the "people" who run his campaign are not lobbyists. The reporter named someone who travels with Mitt on the campaign who IS a lobbyist. Mitt then hedged by saying "the person" who runs his campaign is'nt a lobbyist. What a lying POS.

8. His sense of
entitlement comes through. Words mean exactly what Mitt intends them to mean at the moment, as the old saying goes. I think that there are a lot of Americans who have had the extreme pleasure of working under a boss that gets angry when confronted with such a lie, and who then furiously attempts to shift the blame on the person who points out his error.

9. In a two person
debate on the national stage, Mitt would have a melt-down.

14. It's even funnier
to watch a Willard Mitt Romneyite get angry while he maintains the plastic grin. It shows the packaging trumps the connection to his feelings. Audiences find that an unsettling quality.

15. Mitt is the type of
guy who would favor dress codes. Ross Perot and him have that part of their personality structure in common.

17. Best thing about it--AP reporter was one challenging Mitt
As pointed out in "Morning Joe," they can't kick him off the plane or otherwise marginalize him. They're stuck dealing with him (unless, of course, Mitt can prevail on the powers that be to change reporters.)
