In an effort to both raise money for John Edwards and bring some much needed mainstream media attention to him, there is a grassroots effort to raise $7 million in one day for him today, Friday, January 18th. You can read more about the idea here:

Also, fyi, purchases from the official campaign store of bumper stickers, t-shirts, lawn signs etc also count as donations...every little bit counts, even if you can donate $10 it will make a difference!

This is important everyone to take part in, whether you are a John Edwards supporter, or just someone who wants to see the race remain a 3 way contest decided by the voters, not the media.
