Clinton and Edwards both stump in St. Louis on Saturday

Sen. Barack Obama is launching a television ad blitz in Missouri today, while his two main rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination campaign in the state.

Sen. Hillary Clinton's campaign announced that she will visit St. Louis tonight with former President Bill Clinton. The Clintons will arrive hours after a visit by former Sen. John Edwards, who plans a rally at a St. Louis union hall this morning.

Today, Edwards will headline a public rally that begins at 9:15 a.m. at the Carpenters Hall, 1401 Hampton Avenue, in St. Louis. Former Lt. Gov. Joe Maxwell is among those slated to speak. This will be Edwards' first public rally in Missouri.

Clinton, her husband and their daughter, Chelsea, are slated to appear at a public rally tonight at McCluer North High School, 705 Waterford Drive in Florissant. Doors open to the public at 8 p.m. Although it is not necessary to do so, people planning to attend are asked to RSVP by calling the local campaign office at 314-961-2008 or doing so online at Hillaryclinton.com/stlouis.
