John Edwards is a Reagan fan.
For 50 years, presidents from Truman and Dwight Eisenhower to Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton built strong alliances and deepened the world's respect for us.

So is Dennis Kucinich. The only person who is not is Obama.

5. Do you ever have anything productive to contribute,
or is your goal to strictly post divisive material?

I'd really like to know.

Because I can't remember the last time you've ever written an articulate, honest point of view as opposed to your usual drive-by, trollish bullshit.

7. If anything, this is the most anti-divisive post of the last three or four days.
There is now no reason to bring up Reagan any further because all four candidates have said something nice about him. This post completes the stalemate.

9. You didn't say all four candidates have said something
nice about Reagan.

You excluded Obama (which is suspicious considering you fly an Obama avatar).

You said, "except" Obama.

Huh come?

8. Interesting that you bring that up, because Nader explicitly used Reagan as a tool for his agenda.
He said this in 1981:

Reagan is going to breed the biggest resurgence in nonpartisan citizen activism in history.

Now you can understand a little more clearly why Nader likes to serve as a spoiler: splinterism is terrorism. He uses Republicans as an instrument of violence against people to coerce them into his agenda.

10. You Are Grasping at Straws,
Damaging your own candidate and creating undo animosity.
And the quote simply says Reagan built alliances in the world.
He did. Margaret Thatcher , Gorbechov and more.
In trying to be an apologist for an ill-advised comment from your candidate you are just making his supporters seem desperate.
Sad.

And this has been posted more than once in the last couple days. With more context.
