1. Wasn't Clinton supposed to win the black vote?
I seem to remember all of these posts from months ago about how loyal black voters are to the Clinton's and how Obama wasn't black enough. Funny how Obama always gains and Clinton always goes down in the polls when people get to know Obama better.

3. Obama did good with race tactics.
Hopefully Clinton can overcome his divisive campaigning.

4. I Don't See How Crowing About That Is Good...
Obama needs to be seen as the candidate who happens to be black not the black candidate...

9. I think so too. They should stop that type of polling. It is divisive. I don't even
want to go there.

5. "Tactics"? Such as Hillary saying MLK did less for civil rights than
others? Christ he died for it.

12. she did not say that. You see? His tactics worked.
The black people in SC will vote for the black candidate: Obama has been running on race.

"our time is now" at least that is what Oprah says.
Michelle and Lowery telling black people that there is something wrong with them if they do not support the black candidate--because he is black
the press releases from Obama suggesting that Clinton is racist
The surrogates who pounced on both Bill and Hillary, distorting what they said and then calling racism from the rooftops.

Of course the black voting block will support Obama.

22. No tactics needed..
I had already decided that for myself before the Obama camp even gave a response. It was obvious. I'm sure many others did as well.

8. Ya. For him to think he can win with "shuck and jive" tactics like that is nothing but a...
"fairy tale."

13. Please refrain from using the term "fairy tale", it is a very
offensive and demeaning term.

20. And don't make a big deal that he came in second today, it might
hurt the self-esteem. Just say he did great, and as long as he did his best, that's all that matters.

15. That's a good sign.
Now if Obama can just make it through the primaries he's got the GE locked up, no question, at least numerically. Hillary I'm not so sure. She's got machines in the primaries but she might not in the general.

17. Will Black voters support Clinton in a General Election?
I predict they won't. I predict they'll stay home. And that means BIG problems for the Dems to secure the White House.

30. For both of my states.
My homestate is Michigan and I live in PA. The stories in both states for the Dems is Detroit and Philly. If Hillary is on the ballot, there will not be enough votes in either of those cities to overcome the rest of the state. Many independents in both states will vote GOP rather than Hillary.

End result. Both states will be Red. That's the sad fact.
