2. That includes the three previously announced superdelegates--
2 for Clinton
1 for Obama.

As per the votes today:

Clinton 13
Obama 12

But, some are claiming Obama will get 13 and Hillary 12. I haven't seen it change on any sites, though.

3. Why does it keep changing?
Or are the Obama people lying? Or how on god's earth do they apportion those things?

I'm so glad that in my state we just vote.

7. I saw David Axelrod planting the hopeful seed
that Obama had won more delegates so it wasn't really a loss for Obama today. But there's a lot of conflicting information about how the State apportions them.

Perhaps Bill Clinton DID know what he was talking about when he mentioned the crazy way Nevada gives out it's delegates!

8. I think they just misstated it...its been 13 - 12 Hillary on CNNs page for a while now
http://edition.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/state/#NV

their other page has it 15-13 (Clinton)...but I think the higher number includes the superdelegates

and some seem to be running with it :)

Cnn's other results page is showing 13 - 12 (Clinton)
http://edition.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/state/#NV

I think the 15-13 includes the super delegates...if I remember correctly is was Clinton 2 and Obama 1 before the caucus.
